Sheldon is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong foundation in exercise physiology. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics from UBC Okanagan and a Diploma in Registered Massage Therapy from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT).
Sheldon is dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals through a
personalized approach. Whether delivering targeted therapeutic treatments for specific injuries and conditions or providing stress-relieving sessions to promote relaxation, Sheldon tailors each treatment to meet the unique needs of his clients, enhancing their overall well-being.
As someone new to the field of neurological rehabilitation, Sheldon is eager to expand his
expertise and apply his skills to support clients in their recovery journeys. His commitment to continuous learning and his passion for improving quality of life make him a compassionate and driven massage therapist.
Outside of his practice, Sheldon embraces an active lifestyle. He enjoys weightlifting,
snowboarding, hiking, camping, and exploring the natural beauty of Vancouver Island,
combining his love for adventure with his belief in maintaining physical and mental well-being.

We offer massage therapy with an RMT trained in working with the neurological population. Treatment will consist of a thorough consultation, assessment, a combination of hands-on active and passive manual techniques, and therapeutic exercise to help you attain your goals. We also have accessible massage tables and special transfer equipment so individuals of all abilities can enjoy this service. This treatment is for existing clients.
