Shelley is a fully certified Registered Massage Therapist with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). Shelley believes that massage therapy is an essential component to overall well being and should be a part of a regular healthcare routine. Shelley uses an assortment of techniques including trigger point therapy, myofascial release including cupping, joint mobilization and Swedish massage to meet the diversified needs of her clients. Shelley also offers Reiki, which can be incorporated into a massage or done on it's own.

Shelley leads a healthy active lifestyle. She enjoys yoga, biking, hiking and spending time with her family.
