Sheri has been practicing massage therapy since 2005 and incorporates a variety of techniques to tailor the treatment to the patients needs.
She specializes in myofascial, trigger point release, muscle energy techniques and pre and post-natal massage. She has experience with various repetitive injuries, postural imbalances and stress-related conditions such as migraine, headaches and chronic tension. Her goal as a therapist is to assist her clients in their efforts to achieve optimal health and wellness.
Sheri is a mother of two and enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, biking, skiing, and travelling.
