Sheridan Rogers is a registered acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners of Ontario. She graduated with honors from Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC. With a strong work ethic and a client-centered philosophy she is highly motivated to help her patients reach their health goals.
Acupuncture is a component of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is a comprehensive health care system that has been practiced for thousands of years to treat a variety of health conditions. In Sheridan’s scope of practice she uses acupuncture, acupressure, cupping therapy, tui na massage, gua sha and moxibustion. Her areas of interest include woman’s health, fertility, pregnancy support and digestive health. Sheridan is continuously learning and expanding her education so she can optimize her treatments and give her patients the best form of care.

Cupping is an alternative therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction which facilitates healing. This treatment is a great option to ease pain, promote relaxation and encourage circulation of blood and lymph.
Follow up appointments, if required, will be a continuation of the treatment plan discussed during the initial visit.
The initial acupuncture consultation & treatment includes a detailed analysis of your health history and any concerns or goals you may have. The treatment will incorporate one or more of the following: acupuncture, acupressure, cupping therapy, tui na massage, gua sha or moxibustion. Lifestyle recommendations and a further treatment plan, if required will be discussed at the end of the visit.
