Sherry Lynn is a Registered Clinical Social Worker, and Integrative Psychotherapist who brings a deeply compassionate and holistic approach to therapy- blending the best of Western psychology with Eastern wisdom traditions.
She is trained in a variety of specialized therapies including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy, Family & Systemic Constellation, EMDR and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy). She also interweaves somatic approaches such as Polyvagal Theory, Himalayan Vedic Yoga practices, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
Her clinical focus is supporting clients through trauma, grief, addiction, chronic pain, relationships and life transition.
She holds a special interest in working with attachment and early developmental trauma, with a specialty in the area of women’s health and fertility/ perinatal care.
**Counselling Therapy- clinical services are integrated and receipt provided by Registered Clinical Social Worker (MSW, RCSW)
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy- clinical services are body centered only and receipt provided by Registered Craniosacral Therapist (BCST, RCST)
