Shikha is a Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the Ontario College of Physiotherapy. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2009 and brings over 10 years of extensive overseas experience in diverse clinical settings, working with various populations.
Shikha strongly advocates for a patient-centered approach, focusing on holistic, long-term benefits to prevent injury recurrence. She emphasizes the importance of ergonomics to improve daily living and overall quality of life.
With her vast knowledge of orthopedic conditions, Shikha specializes in managing low back pain, neck pain, knee pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation, including total knee replacement and other pre- and post-operative surgeries.
