Shirley has over 25 years of experience as a registered massage therapist working with a variety of clients ranging from elite athletes to weekend warriors to people struggling with daily stressors at work and home. Additionally, she is a fascial stretch therapist (FST), who incorporates, A.R.T (active release techniques), laser and redlight to support her clients fully and holistically. She has worked in multi-disciplinary clinics corroborating with Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Sports Medicine Doctors, Doctors of Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture, Pilates Therapists, Pedorthists, and other Registered Massage Therapists.
Shirley is a full-body certified provider of Active Release Techniques, A.R.T. Biomechanics, Frequency Specific Microcurrent, and Low Level Laser Therapy. She is continually taking courses that enhance her practice and allow her to provide a more comprehensive and individualized treatment plan that would enable her clients to get back to their active and busy lifestyles.
