Pelvic Health physiotherapy involves the assessment and treatment of the muscles, connective tissues, ligaments and nerves that line the inside of your pelvis. The assessment and treatment may include internal work. Pelvic health physiotherapy can help maintain bladder, bowel and sexual function, prolapse, pain with intercourse, constipation, low back and groin pain. It can also help you to prepare for pregnancy, birth, and rehabilitate after delivery.
