Shreeya is a dedicated Registered Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping individuals reach their health goals. With a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Western University and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University, she integrates her academic knowledge with practical experience to provide efficient, evidence-based care.
Shreeya has a strong interest in sports and physical activity, which ultimately sparked her fascination with physiotherapy, as she was intrigued by how movement could optimize the body’s inherent ability to heal. Some of her interests include weightlifting, soccer, spikeball, running, and hiking. Her diverse interests in sports and exercise shape her approach to physiotherapy, enabling her to connect with her clients’ goals and motivations.
Shreeya employs a holistic approach, empowering her clients to take an active role in their recovery. She utilizes a variety of manual techniques, provides education, and incorporates individualized exercise programs. By working closely with her clients, she develops tailored treatment plans that address each individual’s needs, allowing them to return to the activities they love.
