Shreya Rewar is a dedicated physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from India and
a Master’s in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Alberta, Edmonton.
She is deeply committed to continuous learning, recently earning her Level 1 and Level 2 Pelvic
Floor Therapy certification which enables her to help anyone experiencing problems related to
the pelvic floor e.g. pain, incontinence, weakness. She combines scientific and holistic
approaches in her practice and is dedicated to partnering with clients to identify the underlying
causes of their pain or issues, crafting personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving client
focused results and meaningful change
Her oncology research at The University of Alberta was focused on therapeutic yoga and
resistance exercise for lung cancer survivors and caregivers. Shreya has contributed to
oncology rehabilitation through presentations at the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s
National Congress and publications in professional journals. She is also a certified lymphedema
therapist, and her skills come in handy if you are experiencing pelvic lymphedema.
