Shy has found it fulfilling to treat conditions from acute to chronic and is open to anyone that may walk through the door. With expertise in Cupping, Swedish, deep tissue and Indian Head massage Shy brings a diverse skill set to her treatments, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs.

In her free time, Shy can be found enjoying the simple things such as reading and attempting new recipes. Shy loves to listen to podcasts and musicals especially as she immerses herself in the beauty of the outdoors! She spends tons of quality time with family and soaking up cuddles from her dog Mabel.
