Whether you’re looking for firm pressure to ease sore muscles, or simply want to relax, I take a therapeutic approach to my treatments. This begins with a thorough assessment to ensure you receive the optimum treatment and are positioned comfortably during your massage.
I treat repetitive strain injuries (tendinitis), decreased range of motion from muscle strain, sprains, and fractures, headaches and migraines, post-workout muscle soreness, among many other musculoskeletal issues.
I graduated from Medix College in July 2019, and became a Member of the CMTO in October.
Many of you will remember me from my work as a Physiotherapy Assistant at CSP while I was attending Massage Therapy at Medix.
