Sienna graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. She began her career in orthopaedic and neurological physiotherapy, but it was through working closely with diverse populations that she discovered her true calling: pelvic health rehabilitation.
Since then, Sienna has dedicated herself to supporting individuals through some of the most intimate and transformative seasons of life—whether it's postpartum recovery, managing pelvic pain, or navigating bladder, bowel, or sexual dysfunction. Her approach blends clinical excellence with empathy, emphasizing open communication, education, and empowering patients to take an active role in their healing. She is especially passionate about creating a safe, judgment-free space where people feel seen, heard, and supported.
Her treatments focus on individualized care plans, functional goals, and tailored home programs that foster confidence and lasting results.
Outside the clinic, Sienna enjoys staying active with bodyweight training, travelling, singing, and exploring new languages!
