Sierra graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) where she trained in pregnancy massage, deep tissue massage, therapeutic exercises, joint mobilizations, and a variety of musculoskeletal as well as central and peripheral nerve injuries. Continuing educations courses were focused on pregnancy treatment and yoga movement therapy.
Sierras treatment style would be described as relaxing Swedish with deep pressure with a lot of passive release. In these treatments you can expect a professional, welcoming, and positive atmosphere with a focus on finding the root cause to issues not just symptomatic relief. Followed by ideas about specific stretches and exercises to benefit treatments.
