Silas is a dedicated and disciplined Registered Massage Therapist, born and raised in Sudbury. He began his career in personal training and bodybuilding before developing a deeper interest in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic intervention. This led him to pursue formal education in massage therapy, earning his Diploma in Massage Therapy from Cambrian College.
His background, combined with firsthand experience managing training-related injuries and muscular discomfort, provides him with a practical understanding of how pain and dysfunction can affect daily activities and overall health. Silas integrates this perspective into his clinical practice by conducting thorough assessments, applying evidence-informed treatment strategies, and tailoring each session to the specific needs and goals of his clients.
He is committed to supporting clients in reducing pain, improving tissue function, and restoring mobility. Silas utilizes a range of therapeutic modalities, including trigger point release, myofascial release, deep tissue techniques, and Swedish massage, to provide effective and individualized care.

**Please select this appointment if this is your First Visit for RMT at the clinic** (Initial Assessment & Treatment) During your first visit, we will require that you fill out a confidential health history intake form that can be filled online prior to your appointment. The purpose of reviewing the health history form is to try and create a treatment plan that is best suited for your massage therapy needs. Following the history review, an evaluation will be performed and followed up with massage treatment. If it has been over 1 year since your last massage a review will also be conducted.
