I completed my Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph in 2018, followed by my Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University in 2020.
During my clinical placement, I have had an opportunity to assess and treat various orthopedic injuries with a population that includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. I believe in treating a patient as a whole and in an empathetic manner.
By utilizing a patient-centered and evidence-based approach to treatment that includes manual therapy, exercise, and education, I hope to optimize a patient’s wellbeing and performance. In my spare time, I like to get outside to hike, bike, and skate to maintain an active lifestyle! I also love to bake healthy – and not so healthy – treats.

Vestibular rehabilitation is a s specific area of physiotherapy to address dizziness, vertigo, and balance problems. During your assessment, your therapist will ask you questions about your symptoms and perform a variety of objective tests to determine the cause of your dizziness or vertigo. You will discuss a treatment plan, which may involve repositioning maneuvers or vestibular rehabilitation exercises.

Your assessment will be conducted 1:1 and by a Registered Physiotherapist, during which they will go over your intake information, conduct pelvic floor assessment which may or may not include an internal exam for assessing the pelvic floor tissues and comprehensive orthopedic evaluation. Your assessment session may include discussion of diagnosis, goals and treatment.
