Then grab a friend and join Siobhan Egan for a 5 week workshop series where you will learn everything you need to know about the foundations of health & fitness, how to build your own training plan to feel confident in the gym, and how to navigate the realm of food and nutrition to meet your personal goals this summer. Siobhan is a recent graduate from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, as well as holds a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph and a diploma in Fitness & Health Promotion from Humber College. As a personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the field of health and wellness, over the course of this workshop series she will guide you through the basics of anatomy, nutrition, lifting mechanics, and more. Walk away from this workshop with the foundational skills that will allow you to take charge of your own health, exercise and training, and fitness goals with ease.
