Sky completed her Master of Science in Physiotherapy in London, England and she holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. She offers private one-on-one physical therapy services and pelvic health physiotherapy with a strong background in exercise and fitness. Sky has additional training in functional dry needling and anatomical acupuncture and often incorporates these modalities into her physical therapy sessions.
Originally from Vancouver Island, Sky loves the outdoors and she enjoys all the activities Fort McMurray has to offer. In her spare time, she can be found lifting weights, snowmobiling, quading, or on the way to the mountains for a weekend of hiking or snowboarding. Sky is also an avid yogi and is a certified instructor in vinyasa and yin styles, and she also holds additional training in prenatal yoga.

Pelvic health physical therapy is a specialized branch of physiotherapy involving the assessment and treatment of pelvic floor and deep core muscles. This area of physical therapy deals with pelvic floor conditions including pelvic pain, painful intercourse, prolapse, recovery pre-/post- pregnancy and surgery, urinary incontinence including urgency and frequency, and diastasis rectus abdominus.
