Thank you for your interest in North Beach Massage Therapy. I graduated in 2002 from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. I am a registered massage therapist. I have spent most of my life involved in sports of one kind or another. I competed in Natural Luge for 10 years of my life. This gave me discipline, focus and a drive for success. I have run Sun Peaks Spa since 2002 and have worked here in my home based practice since 2006. I have built a little house on the Thompson river that I feel very fortunate to work in every day. It is designed for massage therapy and the unique work that I do. I have taken many courses outside of school. These range from Thai massage, Yoga, hot stone massage to Pelvic analysis and charting, myofacial courses and osteopathic techniques. I am particularly proud of the unique work I do with my feet. I love the power although it is sensitive and intuitive. I love the way my clients feel relief right away. I love to help people with nutrition ideas and exercise techniques. I am very focused on helping you help yourself so you don't need me or anyone else to fix you. So you have tools to help you anywhere. I look forward to meeting you and giving you my best.
