**Physiotherapist**
Sophie is a fluently bilingual physiotherapist who emphasizes evidence-based practices. As a self-described “body detective,” she treats the body as a whole to provide relief to specific problem areas, and aims to provide each client with the tools to heal or cope with their ailment.
As a former research assistant with a Master’s degree in microbiology, she was drawn to physiotherapy because of its marriage of physical manipulation with intellectual thinking. She found that her sensitivity has allowed her to grow into an intuitive physiotherapist. Working with Nathalie has allowed Sophie to provide personalized treatment to her clients. She cares for every client differently, even those with the same diagnosis, based on their specific needs.

Se décrivant comme une “détective du corps”, elle traite le corps dans sa globalité pour soulager les zones problématiques spécifiques et vise à fournir à chaque client les outils nécessaires pour guérir ou gérer leur affection.
Ancienne assistante de recherche avec un master en microbiologie, elle a été attirée par la physiothérapie en raison de sa combinaison de manipulation physique et de réflexion intellectuelle. Elle a constaté que sa sensibilité lui a permis de devenir une physiothérapeute intuitive. Travailler avec Nathalie a permis à Sophie d’offrir un traitement personnalisé à ses clients. Elle prend soin de chaque client différemment, même ceux ayant le même diagnostic, en fonction de leurs besoins spécifiques.

This is for a first visit for anyone who is having issues with vertigo , nausea related to movement , BPPV, ( benign paroxysmal positional vertigo , crystal in inner ear) falls due to concussions, head trauma or aging issues. We will do a full assessment to see if the issue is coming from your inner ear, cervical spine , valgus nerve or due to other components. The treatment might consists of visual rehabilitation , progressive balance and adaptation exercises, cranio-sacral therapy and education . Can be used for concussion as well.

Please book a 60-minute appointment for your initial physiotherapy assessment, as the therapist requires a full hour to complete a comprehensive and thorough evaluation and develop an appropriate treatment plan. If a 60-minute time slot is not available and you require immediate care, you may book a 45-minute assessment.
