I graduated with honors from the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College in April 2023. During my program I was able to gain deeper knowledge in sports massage, chronic pain, scars and burns as well as pregnancy massage. As a recent graduate to this fulfilling profession, I consider it to be an advantage to have the newest knowledge and techniques to care for my clients. My goal, as your Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), is to design a treatment plan specific to your needs to help you feel your best self.
Some of the techniques that I use during my treatments are:

* Joint Mobilizations
* Remedial exercises (home care)
I was a competitive dancer for 14 years which led me to needing many massage therapy treatments over the years. From this, I found my love for the profession. I would like you to also experience the benefits that massage therapy offers.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going to the gym, walking my dogs and traveling.

This treatment addresses the muscle tension and aches that develop when working at a desk for extended periods of time. It targets the back, neck & shoulders, allowing for a postural and nervous system reset.
ASMR Massage sessions consist of extremely light, comforting techniques designed to calm and soothe your nervous system. This service is fully customizable and can focus on any combination of face, neck, scalp and shoulders.
