Spencer graduated from York University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts Specialized Honours in Kinesiology and completed the three-year concurrent Athletic Therapy Program. In addition to his expertise as an Athletic Therapist, Spencer is a certified First Responder with Basic Life Support (HCP) certification. He further expanded his skill set by attending the Ontario College of Health & Technology and becoming a Registered Massage Therapist in 2024.
Spencer has had a passion for sports and overall health from a young age, and he is deeply committed to promoting exercise prescription and patient education.
