Stacey is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with 14 years of experience helping clients achieve physical wellness, pain relief, and stress reduction through therapeutic touch. While living in Calgary Stacey wanted to combine her love for helping others with her fascination of how the body can heal, leading her to take the Massage Therapy Program in Calgary through Mount Royal University.
Specializing in modalities such as Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Prenatal and Myofascial release, Stacey enjoys combining clinical knowledge with a compassionate approach to deliver customized treatments that support overall healing, stress reduction and relaxation.
Whether working with athletes, individuals recovering from injury, or those seeking regular self-care, she believes in the body’s ability to heal itself when given the right support. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the client, promoting not just relief from tension but long-term wellbeing.
When not in the treatment room, Stacey enjoys spending her time with family, yoga, hiking, continuing education in holistic health and always seeking new ways to bring balance to body, mind and spirit.
