Stacy is a Registered Massage Therapist with over a decade of Massage Therapy experience from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy.
She is certified in Swedish Massage, General Relaxation, Sports massage and Pre & Post-Natal massage. She will treat you with techniques such as, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy.
Stacy has always wanted to help people and is so grateful she can. By working with you she helps to attain the desired results of easing short and long term pain, improving posture and releasing those really stuck muscles, so that you feel relaxed and can continue on with your day.
