My name is Stef. I’m a Registered Massage Therapist, invested in providing supportive, empathetic, human centered care. I’ve been treating bodies since 2018, but fascinated by them since I was a kid playing competitive sports.
Starting Leaside Massage is my latest venture, after working at Therapy Health Studio in Vancouver, and Timber Massage in Powell River. My home studio is a space for everyone. You’re welcome here, whatever your identity, wherever you’re at in your journey with your body.
My massage style is focused on myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, deep tissue, mixed in with some Swedish massage. I can adapt my massage style based on your needs.
