Stefan grew up staying active through sports, training, and spending time outdoors. Through his own experiences with injuries and chiropractic care, he developed an appreciation for how important movement, recovery, and education can be in helping people feel and function their best.
Dr. Stefan takes a patient-centered approach to care, using a combination of hands-on treatment, movement-based rehabilitation, exercise, and education to help each patient work toward their goals. He enjoys treating a wide range of patients, whether they are dealing with everyday aches and pains, recovering from an injury, or looking to improve their mobility, strength, and overall function.
After completing his Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree at the University of British Columbia Okanagan, Dr. Stefan moved to Portland, Oregon to complete his chiropractic education at the University of Western States. He then returned to Kelowna to begin practicing in the Okanagan, where he is excited to help patients better understand their bodies, feel confident in their recovery, and continue doing the activities that matter most to them.
Outside of the clinic, Stefan enjoys working out, playing sports, spending time with family, and enjoying the outdoors in the Okanagan.
