Stephanie graduated from the D'Arcy Lane Institute in 2009. In her professional experience she has been privileged to work alongside chiropractors and physiotherapists that have allowed her to gain the ability to be able to provide the best quality of care to her clients.
She enjoys working with a diverse demographic ranging from young kids to seniors and making people feel better one day at a time.

Lymphatic drainage massage uses light to moderate pressure to move the lymph fluid in the body. It helps to reduce the swelling, promotes relaxation, improves circulation and remove toxins, waste, from the body. Lymphatic drainage has benefits for post-surgery, medical surgery, pre-natal and post-natal.
This treatment is a combination of acupuncture and massage therapy. Acupuncture is an ancient, safe and effective treatment method that may help to decrease pain and improve function. Please note: This treatment is completed by a Registered Massage Therapist within the scope set out by the CMTO. Indie head massage focuses on the treatment of the head, neck, jaw and shoulders. The treatment promotes relaxation of the area, helps to prevent headaches, reduce stress and anxiety, release toxins and reduce muscle tension. During the appointment, avocado oil, aromatherapy, gua sha and cupping may be used. This is appointment is a combination of Indie Head Massage and regular Massage Therapy Visit.
