Stephanie provides a personalized approach to help you achieve your own goals, and believes in the power of physiotherapy for helping with fatigue, pain, strength and mobility.
Her practice is centred on partnership—helping you reclaim ownership of your recovery and feel more at home and at ease within your body. The aim is not just physical improvement, but a deeper sense of safety, connection, and trust in your own ability to heal.
