Stephanie Edmonds is a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist specializing in the intricate
work of trauma recovery and relational healing. Her distinguished 16-year career as
a Registered Nurse, with roots in high-stakes Intensive Care and Emergency medicine,
provides her with a rare and profound understanding of the mind-body connection and the resilience of the human spirit in moments of crisis. Stephanie creates a sanctuary for healing, partnering with clients to safely explore how trauma has impacted their
mind, body, and spirit. She is a trusted guide through the deep, transformative work
required to resolve the maladaptive patterns, behaviors, and internal conflicts that often
follow distressing experiences. Drawing from a curated toolkit of evidence-based
modalities—including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—Stephanie helps clients move beyond surviving into thriving. Her core mission is to help you shift from a mindset of victimhood, where life feels stalled, to one of empowerment, where you can rise and flourish.
Stephanie extends her trauma-informed lens to the complex dynamics of relationships.
She is passionate about helping couples and partners master the art of communication
and navigate challenging emotional landscapes to find harmony and a deeper
connection. She offers an inclusive and affirming space for couples of all orientations,
with a specialized focus on alternative relationship styles like Polyamory and Ethical
Non-Monogamy (ENM). Her goal is to ensure all individuals can find their voice,
express their needs with confidence, and create a dynamic where each partner feels
truly seen, validated, and appreciated.

Help your child feel HAPPIER and MORE CONFIDENT at school and with peers by moving beyond the endless cycle of IEP's and tutoring. Join us for this workshop with Lorraine Driscoll, Integrative Educational Therapist. In this workshop, Lorraine will be talking about how the challenges related to learning and behaviour issues can be overcome rather than managed through the power of neuroplasticity. Lorraine will outline the various reasons for the rise in childhood learning and behaviour issues and how to address these factors with an integrative, root cause approach. Lorraine will talk about both how brain chemistry and brain organization are at play with childhood disorders and how the following factors are involved: Nutritional Deficiencies Weak & underdeveloped connections in the brain Toxicity Brain Hemisphere imbalance Gut health Poor timing in the brain Gaps in cognitive skills As a former teacher turned Integrative Educational Therapist, Lorraine loves to provide parents with insight into the often overlooked reasons why kids are working so hard to learn and self-regulate. Lorraine will provide parents with specific nutrition changes and brain exercises and therapies that parents can get started with to promote optimal brain health and development.
