AjouterStephanie Fedak is a Registered Psychologist with over 25 years of experience. Her approach is client-centered, collaborative and holistic. She brings compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care in her work with clients. Stephanie has experience working in the health care setting providing consultation regarding early childhood issues, as well as working in private practice with adults providing counselling services. Stephanie works with individuals, adults 18+. Please note Stephanie does not work with couples or groups.

Stephanie uses approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches, depending on your needs. Her training and experience in mental health has provided her with a wide array of knowledge and approaches for helping others. She believes in focusing on your strengths and helping you to learn new skills to help build resilience so that you can use these tools throughout your life.
Stephanie works with clients on a wide range of issues, including (but not limited to):
Mood disorders, (Anxiety, depression), stress, burnout, ADHD, life and career transitions, managing work and home life balance, new parents, early childhood consultation to parents of children 5 and under, work challenges, behavioural regulation, emotional regulation, retirement, ageing, support for seniors, and relationship issues

Early childhood parent consultation for the parent/s of children 5 and under. Assist with parenting , childhood issues, resources, and developmental psychoeducation. This session is 50 minutes long.
