Stephanie is a Registered Occupational Therapist and the founder of Intuitive Therapy Solutions, specializing in pediatric feeding therapy, sensory processing, and nervous system regulation for young children. She supports families using a nervous-system-informed, relationship-based approach that prioritizes safety, connection, and practical change at home.
Stephanie partners closely with parents through coaching and individualized strategy building to help families move beyond mealtime stress and into greater confidence and ease. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practice, attuned therapeutic use of self, and a deep respect for each child and family’s unique nervous system.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys time with her family, being outdoors, and exploring nature.
