Stephanie graduated from the University of Guelph, majoring in Human Kinetics in 2020 and from Lambton College’s Massage Therapy Program in 2023. She joined our team in 2021 as an Exercise Therapist focusing on strength and conditioning programs to provide a safe return to work or daily activities. She builds from her experience of competing with Guelph’s Varsity Women’s Hockey team and winning two Ontario Championships and a National Championship title. Steph continues her passion of treating injuries and proper recovery as a Registered Massage Therapist. Her background in Kinesiology and a certificate course in Cupping will enhance treatments. You may also see her at the front desk from time to time helping out Haley.
