This 60 minute hot stone reflexology session starts with hot towels. Hot stones are then used to gently massage and stimulate the reflexes of the feet for a therapeutic experience! I use a combo of manual techniques and hot stones. The stones do the work by warming and cooling areas and reflexes on the feet and lower legs - resulting in faster relaxation and removal of toxins, which means less pressure is needed to achieve great results!
