Stephanie prefers to encompass all she has learned over the years, and take a holistic approach to her treatments. No two people are alike, so she tailors each treatment to suit her individual client’s needs. She combines a variety of techniques, including massage therapy, craniosacral, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and/or energy work/reiki to help her clients achieve a healthy balance between the physical, emotional and spiritual body.
"I fully believe the body tells us what it needs, if we just take the time to listen. That means I need to hold the space and work with the body do what it needs to do." -Stephanie

Your first visit includes a thorough initial assessment built into your massage. The 90-minute window gives your RMT and you time to walk through your health history, assess what's going on in your body, and still leave ample time for a full massage therapy treatment. The result: a treatment plan that's truly yours from day one, and a relationship built on real understanding rather than assumption. **LEAVE NOTE WHEN BOOKING IF YOU WANT CUPPING.**

There are a lot of components to CranioSacral therapy but the basis is the semi hydraulic pressure system of cerebrospinal fluid. The flow of cerebrospinal fluid is the CranioSacral rhythm. When the CranioSacral system can’t function as it should, dysfunction occurs. This can be a number of things such as pain or a high alert nervous system. When the nervous system is on high alert, the body lacks safety and when the body doesn’t feel safe, healing can’t occur. CranioSacral therapy is exceptional at re-regulating the nervous system.

A grounded, supportive space for energy practitioners to reconnect, explore, and grow in community. This monthly circle is about exploring energy. It's for anyone who felt drawn to energy work, maybe you took a course or received an attunement or maybe you’ve felt the magic of energy work on your own without a mentor. Maybe you’re still figuring out what energy healing really means for you. Held on the last Friday of each month at Solluna Collective, this small, supportive gathering is a chance to return to your energy practice in a safe and welcoming space. No certification, no hierarchy, and no pressure, just space to reconnect with your intuition, ask questions, and explore energy in ways that feel natural and grounded. Each session will begin with a themed exploration, with gentle prompts and group discussion to spark curiosity and deepen your understanding of subtle energy work. We will then take turns sharing energy work in your chosen modality with time to share experience with one another. Whether you're brushing off the dust or beginning to integrate energy healing more fully into your life, this circle is here to support that process, however it may look.
