Hello and Welcome!
I am a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Eastern College, registered with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. Located in the beautiful Ketch Harbour area, my goal is to help my clients find relief from pain, stress or any other discomfort that may be keeping them from living a healthy, active and pain free life. I have an interest in areas of massage therapy including general relaxation, injury rehabilitation, fascial work and am happy to offer deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, dynamic cupping and intra-oral treatments to help provide relief to those who suffer from TMJ related pain.
I am excited to be providing my community and the surrounding areas an evidenced based approach to both therapeutic and wellness massage to help my clients reach their goals.
