Stephanie Norwich offers reiki healing sessions. As a Reiki Master Instructor, she has been giving reiki sessions for 31 years and teaching since 1999. The benefits of reiki include pain management, stress relief and emotional balancing. She applies various techniques that she studied and developed and is currently writing a book. She also works at a college training new counsellors. In her spare time she enjoys meditation, gardening and time with a wide circle of friends. She offers a free initial consultation so people can discuss their needs.
