Stephanie is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Langara College. Before beginning her work in massage therapy, she spent several years in pharmacy, where she developed a strong foundation in healthcare and patient support. Over time, she felt drawn to a more holistic and hands-on approach to wellness, inspiring her transition into massage therapy.
As an RMT, Stephanie takes a personalized and thoughtful approach to treatment, tailoring each session to meet her clients’ unique needs. She utilizes techniques such as myofascial release, Swedish massage, and neuromuscular therapy to support pain relief, stress reduction, and improved mobility. Her goal is to create a comfortable, therapeutic, and healing experience that supports each person’s wellness journey.
Outside of her practice, Stephanie loves exploring the outdoors with her two dogs—whether she’s hiking in the mountains, relaxing by the lake, or camping under the stars. She is passionate about helping clients feel their best through compassionate, skilled, and evidence-informed care.

If we are unable to direct bill to ICBC, the client will be responsible for the full session price of which they can submit to their adjuster for reimbursement.
