I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, workplace stress, and difficulties in their relationships, whether with parents, family, a partner, or friends. I can help support you in making sense of patterns that no longer serve you, manage overwhelming emotions, and find a deeper sense of clarity and connection in your life. In our time together, I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen and heard. I believe healing happens through connection and collaboration, and that each person already holds the capacity for growth and change.
My approach is gentle, curious, and grounded in deep respect for your lived experience. I’ll support you in understanding your emotional patterns, learning new ways to cope with stress, and building stronger boundaries and communication skills. Whether you're working through a past trauma or simply trying to figure out who you are and what you need, we’ll take it one step at a time, together.
