After the past fifteen years of staying home and raising her children, Stephanie was compelled to enter the field of massage therapy due to her nurturing and empathetic nature. Always interested in health and well-being, Stephanie has learned that the mind-body connection can do powerful things when it comes to restoring balance in oneself.
Through a therapeutic and relaxation approach she strives to help her clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
Currently Stephanie is trained in Swedish, Deep tissue, hot stone, and myofascial techniques. She looks forward to continuing learning many other techniques that will advance her knowledge and ability when working on clients.
