Stephanie is a graduate of Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. She grew up playing a variety of sports competitively and still continues to enjoy living an active lifestyle. When not working, Stephanie can be found participating in a number of sports and outdoor activities such as skiing, snowshoeing, hockey, soccer, yoga and pilates.
Stephanie incorporates a variety of different techniques into her treatments to provide a balanced and therapeutic approach to supporting patients in their recovery and overall wellness. Some of these techniques include; myofascial therapy, joint mobilizations, Swedish massage, Craniosacral and muscle energy techniques and neuromuscular therapy.
Stephanie is currently accepting new patients and looks forward to meeting with you and assisting in supporting you in your overall wellness as well as pain relief and management.
