Born and raised in Thunder Bay, Stephanie completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Lakehead University before acquiring her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster.
Since graduating in 2003, Stephanie has worked in both public and private settings where she strives to provide evidence-based treatment approaches. She has taken a variety of continuing education courses, ranging from acupuncture to mobilization of the nervous system, and is currently working towards her Diploma of Manual and Manipulative Therapy.
During the summer, when Stephanie is not at work you can find her exploring the many festivals and events that Toronto has to offer, rollerblading the waterfront, and sampling gelato at every shop in town.
During the winter months Stephanie spends her weekends at arenas across Ontario where she is a provincially ranked on-ice official for the Ontario Ringette Association. Stephanie believes that a balance between work and play is essential in the maintenance of a healthy mind and body.
