Our body’s communication superhighway for the rest and digest response is the vagus nerve—the longest nerve, stretching from the brain down through the cardiovascular and digestive systems. This session is designed for anyone wanting to calm anxiety, release upper body tension, reduce inflammation, improve digestion, and build resilience to stress. During your treatment, you’ll experience a soothing combination of head, face, and hand massage, neck and shoulder stretches, vagus nerve exercises, acupressure, Reiki, a customized essential oil blend, and sound vibration therapy. This holistic approach promotes deep relaxation, alleviates muscle tension and headaches, optimizes digestion and nutrient absorption, supports heart health, boosts mood, enhances immunity, reduces chronic inflammation, and helps reset the vagus nerve for better sleep. Blending relaxation with therapeutic techniques, this session restores balance to both body and mind while strengthening your nervous system’s natural ability to return to a calm, regulated state.
