Stephen Dahms, RMT
I believe massage therapy is key in aiding in injury prevention/rehabilitation and athletic performance. Regular massage therapy treatments can help with proper body alignment and biomechanics, improve joint mobility and muscle function, and can contribute to overall better health.
I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy Toronto and have been working as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016. I also have a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from the University of Alberta.
