Steven provides massage therapy treatments that empowers patients to achieve their unique health and wellness goals, and sees massage therapy as part of achieving better health along with maintaining good daily habits to support overall wellbeing. He treats areas of concern, as well as areas that maybe leading to pain, discomfort, or dysfunction.

There are a variety of techniques used in massage therapy treatments, including trigger point therapy, myofascial release , deep tissue massage, muscle energy techniques, craniosacral therapy, and passive/active stretching. Lymphatic massage may be used to reduce swelling.
