Steve is a certified Fascia Stretch Specialist, Exercise Therapist and Personal Trainer. Working in the health and fitness field since 2005, he has helped a wide variety of clients overcome physical pain and dysfunction, improve their overall health and pursue many fitness goals.
Driven by a desire to determine the root cause(s) of imbalances in your body that keep you from achieving your goals, Steve listens carefully, assesses fully, and strives to find the best combination of modalities and movements that serve your specific needs.
Outside the world of work, Steve is active in cycling, hiking and self defense training. Spending time with his two teenagers, whether it's an outdoor adventure or video game battle, is one of his favorite pastimes.

This visit consists of an assessment, a short treatment and the development of a treatment plan. The In -Person time varies according to the condition of the client. The development of the treatment plan will be done by the physio after the in-person visit has been completed - this plan usually takes the physio 20-30 minutes to write up and will be part of the cost.
Physiotherapy Assessment and treatment using the methods RAPID NFR/Acupuncture or Laser - The treatment consists of 15 to 20 minutes assessment and release of a specific painful area (rather than the full body approach). Acupuncture/Laser or exercises may be added after the manual therapy if indicated. The therapist may ask you to stay for 10 minutes to run through the exercises to ensure enough movement is applied to the area after the treatment. The price will stay the same regardless if the treatment is done at 20 or 30 minutes. This is to prevent over treating an area, but will still give the therapist time to extend to 30 min if they deem it necessary.

Priska will do a virtual assessment to diagnose, form a treatment plan, and give exercises to immediately reduce pain at home . These video calls are thorough and done outside of clinic hours in order to get you in to see the physio team faster.
