Follow up appointments are for continued clinic care of injury and/or illness. You must undergo an initial assessment prior to booking a follow up appointment. This appointment type is for Golden Bears & Pandas Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches, Full Time Staff and Recruits. Recruits accessing this service must have signed a U SPORTS Letter of Intent or have received an offer of Athletic Financial Award to attend the University of Alberta. Special permission for other individuals must be submitted in writing to varsityhealth@ualberta.ca
