My goal is to foster a safe and non-judgmental space as we sift through the noise of life and allow you to explore your own voice and values. Learning to embrace yourself, sit with your difficult emotions, and reframe your imperfections are keys to restoring self-compassion and resilience. I practice with your needs and goals in mind, honing in on evidence-based modalities combined with a focus on the mind-body connection. I work with adults, children, adolescents, and young adults.

Sudeep Bedi is Registered Clinical Counsellor with 15 years of experience working with children, and youth. He Earned a Bachelor of Child and Youth Care from Douglas College and a Masters of Education from City University of Seattle. He also works with adults and has had previous experience working with adults in a private practice setting.

Sudeep strives to create an inviting space where you can land gently and welcome yourself—just as you are. He places a high value on the worth and dignity of all people and embrace the beauty that radiates from our unique identities, backgrounds, and experience.
