Sujith Aprem is a massage therapy graduate from Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy and is in good standing with CMTO.

“I have the passion of helping others to achieve optimal wellness and keen understanding of the human body which makes me an expert therapist. I am committed to providing personalized care to each client, tailoring my treatments to address specific concerns and promote relaxation and healing.”

Sujith also holds a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy obtained in the year 2001 with extensive experience working as a Physical Therapist in India for a period of 11 years. He worked in several Musculo-skeletal, cardiopulmonary and Neurorehabilitation centers with multidisciplinary teams. He is well versed with his assessment skills and precise development of treatment plans to get the best results for his clients. For over 8 years, Sujith has been working at Extendicare as a Recreational staff promoting wellness and improving life of the seniors on various domains like physical, emotional, spiritual and intellectual needs. Prior to, Sujith worked as a physiotherapy assistant in convalescent care in Extendicare Long Term Care facility for 4 years helping people to achieve their rehab goals.

Using a combination of relaxing Swedish massage techniques, deep tissue work, myofascial release, trigger point release and joint mobilization techniques, Sujith has the ability of giving his clients relief and well-being. He is very compassionate towards his clients and combines a technical approach in treating Musculo-skeletal impairments and pain within the holistic framework. By emphasizing specific exercises and stretching, he is able to promote good health and obtain better results.
