Sukhi completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University. Sukhi then continued his studies in Brisbane, Australia to complete his Master of Physiotherapy Studies from the University of Queensland. He started his career in Australia, but Sukhi is happy to be back in Canada and practicing in his hometown.
Sukhi’s interest in physiotherapy began while he rehabilitated his own injuries sustained while playing ice hockey and weight lifting. During his recovery he realized the benefit physiotherapy was having on his own body and decided to pursue a career helping others achieve the same benefits. While working in Australia, Sukhi developed a keen interest in manual therapy, chronic pain, vestibular injuries and needling techniques. Sukhi has attended numerous seminars and professional development courses to enhance his skills. Sukhi has clinical experience working with a caseload consisting of pre/post surgical rehabilitation, concussion management, vestibular conditions, sports injuries, injuries sustained from motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries for clients of all ages. Sukhi can service a variety of clientele in both English and Punjabi.
When Sukhi is not treating patients, he can be found playing ice hockey or hiking through the great trails of BC with his wife and kids.

Concussions are injuries that can happen when you hit your head or have jolting or shaking of the head. The assessment process involves developing an individualized treatment plan to address your unique needs (e.g., physical, cognitive, balance, vision, mood, or other issues). We will help you to decide when it is best to go back to school, work or play and how to do so in the safest and quickest way possible. If you are new to our clinic, this is a session of dedicated one-on-one time with your physiotherapist. The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is the joint that connects the mandible (lower jawbone) to the skull. This joint allows the jaw to move up and down and side to side, allowing for actions such as talking, chewing, and yawning. Dysfunction of the TMJ can cause pain and discomfort and is known as temporomandibular joint disorder (TMD). The signs and symptoms of the temporomandibular joint disorder (TMD) can vary but may include: - Pain or tenderness in the jaw, face, neck, or shoulders - Limited ability to open or close the mouth - A clicking, popping, or grating sound when moving the jaw - A feeling of "locking" or "sticking" in the jaw - Pain when chewing or speaking - Swelling on the side of the face - Headaches, earaches, or dizziness If you are booking for a minor (18 years or under), a parent or guardian must be present during their appointment.

Vestibular rehabilitation is an exercise-based program, designed by a specialty-trained vestibular physical therapist, to improve balance and reduce problems related to dizziness. Patients typically referred for vestibular rehabilitation therapy are those diagnosed with dizziness, imbalance, vertigo, Meniere’s syndrome, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), neck-related dizziness and migraines.
