My approach blends humanistic values with evidence-based practices, drawing from Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, and DBT. I specialize in multicultural care, with a focus on supporting diverse identities through culturally attuned therapy. Services are available in both English and Korean, throughout Canada.

Your initial visit will include a detailed intake of your current lifestyle and health, a discussion of your main concerns, as well as tongue and pulse diagnosis, followed by an acupuncture treatment.

A detailed intake of the child’s current lifestyle and health concerns will be conducted, along with tongue and pulse diagnosis. Depending on the child's needs and comfort level, treatment will include either acupuncture (five points or fewer) or acupressure.
Each follow-up visit includes a detailed assessment, followed by either acupuncture or acupressure treatment, depending on the child's needs.
